I just bought a helix syn and I've had 3 sessions so far. I've read up on the wiki and done a bit of research but I'm still unclear on a few things.

What exactly should I be thinking about during my sessions? Should I work on having a clear mind and just relaxing or should I be fantasizing and thinking naughty thoughts? If I'm suppose to be keeping a clear mind and just relaxing then what's the point of being aroused prior to the session? Doesn't the prostate only swell when while you're being stimulated mentally/physically?

Should I be flexing my pelvic floor muscles as I breath or just breath and relax? If I should just be relaxing, then when should I start flexing my pelvic floor muscles?

I don't feel the peeing or tingling sensation most people describe. I know people have said it takes a while to "re wire", but at what point should I try a new toy? I should also note that I don't feel it when fingering my prostate either.

The location of my prostate. I stuck my finger in and I think I found it about an inch and half in, however, when I compare this location to the helix syn it doesn't seem to match up. Should I be stopping at the first neck? So far I've been pushing it all the way in to the final neck.

My legs shake. Not out of pleasure, just when I flex my pelvic floor muscles repeatedly with the aneros in, and only while laying on my back with my knees bent. Is this normal?

Try lying on your side, or even on your hands and knees. My favourite is on my knees, leaning against something (halfway up).
Pegging videos are the best to watch and the only ones I have on when using my Progasm. Most importantly you have to clear your mind and just allow everything to happen, you can’t force it

I’ve only ever used the Progasm Jr. I looked at the Syn in the store but I didn’t want to spend the money on something so similar. The Progasm is more solid, which I personally like. It’s also a bit thicker. I’d done a bunch of anal stuff before the Aneros, so that didn’t bother me. Others would probably say that bigger isn’t better when it comes to prostate play. They have a point. If you’ve got the money by all means give it a try (the Progasm Jr. is cheaper as well). There’s no right answer with this kind of thing.
