I was wondering if anyone has done exercise with aneros popped in.
I have the intention to use it while working out. Maybe not in the gym (yet), but for home exercise rutines. I know that’s not the way aneros is meant to be used, but I figure it will hit the prostate. What do you guys think about it?
One thing for sure, it will make working out more fun ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Have read about someone doing crunches with aneros and getting to orgasm. Might have to give that a try.
It could produce some nice sensations, but I doubt you’ll make much progress doing so. Your body will be under too much tension to gather any noticeably sexual pleasure
