I caught a head cold a couple of days ago, Also some body aches. Not fun at all. This morning, I am awake about 5 AM and decide to just go lie down without any music. While resting, I know I am also lucid dreaming because I can recall very vividly the dream. One thing I noticed right away is that my prostate is buzzing—not a lot, but just enough to let me know that it was alive and well! I couldn’t help but “echo” some very light kegels and when I did, my prostate responded back with a slightly greater “squeeze”. Not much of an erection this AM, so I am now eating, relaxing and watching TV.
Fast-forward an hour or two and I am again lying down and relaxing. With the recent and sustained winds, I am going outside several times already to pick-up my trash cans which cannot remain in one place for long! The prostate “clutch” is still with me and, although it is not annoying, it IS persistent. What does this mean? I don’t know—-I am back to Day 2 of SR. I am aware my prostate is alive all day today!
