3. Congratulations! One must take this caveat into consideration. The A-less (no Aneros inserted, but similar feelings as when an Aneros is inserted) should not be initiated by voluntary contractions. One should let the A-less come on its own. When one intentionally summons the A-less, one should be prepared for stagnation.
