I have used 1.4 and 1.5 inch diameter buttplugs, 1.5 wasn’t a comfortable process, or comfortable release. I read this [Aneros Choice Guide](http://letstalksex.net/buy-best-aneros-reviews-buying-guide/), I consider my self a beginner with some experience. from reviews it seems like Aneros toys functionality vary greatly person to person. I think the Progasm Jr is more for me than the MGX Classic according to reviews.
I’m not a tall guy- I’m 5’7″ so that may play into this? idk, but id appreciate help in singling out a toy. I’d be very thankful for your help.

IMO, one’s height has nothing to do with Aneros model selection. FWIW, there is no beginners or expert Aneros models. How can one be an expert, unless one gets exemplary results from all models of Aneros? IJS. Don’t be swayed by the reviews. The Aneros guide in your post considers the Eupho an intermediate model, while it is considered to be an advanced model on the Aneros site. Don’t dismiss starting out with a larger model of Aneros. Best of luck with your decision.
IMO, you should go for the Helix, or possibly Eupho or MGX, classic or syn (of the 3, I only have experience with the Helix Syn). This is the same recommendation I’d give to any Aneros beginner, regardless of anal/prostate play experience.
Of course, it depends what you’re looking for, and everyone is different. However, if hands-free prostate orgasms are your goal, realize that the size of the toy is not important, it’s more about gentle, prolonged prostate stimulation, and learning to meditatively breathe. I think this is easier to learn with a smaller toy initially.
