Getting over the hump

I have had the progasm, and recently bought the helix syn. It feels good, definitely hits the right spot, and the extra movement definitely improves sensations. The issue I’m having is I can’t quite seem to get over the hump. It starts feeling really good, and then just sort of plateaus, and I never get any farther. Suggestions on how to get past it? I can change the position slightly, and the increased pressure helps, but after a few contractions, it slips back to the same spot, and just feels pleasurable, but not necessarily amazing.

  1. Maybe you should stop doing manual contractions. If you are on a plateau, take a month or so off, and don’t have any sessions. The Syn is not going to apply as much pressure on the prostate, in comparison to the Progasm. Maybe that could be responsible for your conundrum.

  2. That has happened often to me over the past few years. Honestly, at that point I just take a break from that session and start again the next day or whatever. Patience and time are key. Dud sessions are inevitable and expected.

  3. The trick is this: there is no hump. As soon as you get it in your head that there must be more, then you are always looking and expecting more without enjoying and relaxing in the now.

Dont chase the super-o, let it come to you. Don’t chase pleasure, let it happen. Lay back and enjoy yourself. “Working” for it will just push it away.

You know that “quick and dirty guide to the super-o” thread a few days ago? I tried that. It was my worst session. Just last night I got naked and stood beside my bed and said, out loud, “I am just going to enjoy myself.” – And if what I had was not a super-o, then I quiver to think what it will be like when I do. Utterly mindblowing. I could not feel my legs, and I was moaning so loudly like a bitch in heat. I stumbled out of the bedroom and my wife just laughed asking “So…enjoy yourself?”.

    There is no hump.
