To add to this. A lot of beginners aren’t aware that there are three sets of muscle groups you can utilize. Rectal/ pushing out, anal/ stopping a bowl movement, and pc/ stopping urination. Getting acquainted with isolating each kind takes a little practice. A lot of progress can be had just by practicing different combinations to get the perfect push/pull tug of war happening. You also have to learn different *strengths* of contractions from very very light to 10%, 25%, 50%, etc.
In the end it comes down to mentally building and amplifying arousal, which is tough to explain. That’s why I like the keys to the backdoor as it boils things down to the essentials or fundamentals.

Only the MIND must be mastered, not the Aneros. The mind is the only sweet spot, not the perineum. Do you have dud sessions? If you do, you have debunked your sweet spot (perineum) theory. If the perineum was the sweet spot, everyone would Super O consistently, no one would plateau, there would be no dud sessions, and everything would be peaches and cream.
