I thought to ask this as I was writing a comment on another post.
The other day I had an awesome session. As I said earlier, it wasn’t mind-blowing, but it was definitely pleasurable. The thing is, I was feeling physical pleasure itself. But also, I was having a kind of feeling of pleasure. I don’t know how to describe it. It was like happiness or like euphoria… I don’t know, but it helped the session. I guess it’s way better to have this feeling that helps the mood, rather than being totally calm and relaxed, almost getting asleep.
Has this happened to any of you? Was it good for the sessions or was it a super-o killer because of not being calm…?
I guess, either way, it was enjoyable and pleasurable, and I don’t regret it 😀

Bliss is the word you’re looking for. Yes, I’ve had a similar feeling after a session, a feeling like you just had a great workout and aren’t physically spent but like you could go to bed and have a filling night’s rest.
