  1. What worked for me: firstly, stop having expectations. We read about the super O and assume we are going to put it up the butt and jizz from our nippers in raw pleasure from God’s own prostate. Wrong. It takes time to get there for nearly everyone, and it’s very very much a mental game. You not only have to be aroused, but you just need to want to feel good. “Come what may, I just want to relax and enjoy myself.” No expectations, no presumptions.

Next, try laying on your side, knees bent just a bit. I find laying on my side does way more for me than laying on my back.

Thirdly, when you relax, try NOT clenching. I find when I forced a clench when I was learning, all pleasure would be gone. Don’t clench, at least not yet. Relaxing means relax. Let go of all muscle control in your ass, your dick, all of it. I likened it to the muscles you relax to take a piss. Just relax and breathe.

Finally, try keeping your eyes open. I am very easily distracted by my own thoughts and imagination. I find that opening my eyes and staring blankly ahead at a pillow, or blanket or something, helps me just think on and focus on the feelings of my prostate.

These things have helped me personally make huge strides with my Aneros. Things might be different for you, so you can use either all or none of the advice! Or suit it to your experiences if you fid something sort of works! And despite all this advice: don’t over think it. Enjoy the feelings as the come, and don’t stress if they fade. They’ll be back so long as you’re calm and relaxed.

    Good luck!

  2. Are you getting involuntary contractions but just can’t reach to super-O level? I’ve only got there twice in three months. It’s elusive. It’s can’t be forced.

Relax. No sex or aneros for two or three days. Have plenty of time (hours) and have the house to yourself so no distractions. Need to be horny and wanting it. Can’t be tired or sleepy. I pull the aneros out and re-lube so it can move around. A poll on the aneros web site said that about half contract the anus and half contract the “stop the pee” muscle. A small percentage do nothing at all. I have to gently guide or direct the involuntary contractions to find the exact right spot.

  3. Relax and let it go. If I truly let go all tension in the PC and anal muscles I get a nice sensation that feels a little bit like zero g, like in an elevator or slight hill when driving.
