A lot of the ones like the aneros require clenching and shifting movements, and even then theread is no guarantee that you’ll get that elusive super O. I need something that is more plug and play. Is there anything like that on the market? Maybe a super vibrating massager or something?

There isn’t anything that will guarantee certain results. Honestly a lot of the fun is in the experimentation, trying to find what works for you.
For what its worth, one of my favorite ways to get started with Helix is to insert it and then just forget about it. No clenching, no focusing on it. Maybe I’ll do chores, maybe I’ll watch tv….you get the idea. Eventually though it takes over all on its own. I’ve had really good sessions this way. I like it because it’s minimal effort. Things just”happen”.
Good luck
I have the Progasm, but I have found that all the clenching guides were the worst for me. Also the position guides about being on your back. My use of the Progasm is very hands off. I pop it in, make sure it’s snug against the prostate, lay down on my side, and bend my legs slightly. Then I just lay there and breathe. I relax, focus on the feelings, let my body react naturally and think sexy thoughts sometimes. My sessions are amazing, and ever since I stopped following guides and stopped expecting and hoping for the super O, I havent had a dud session since. Love it.
The njoy Pure Wand and nexus revo seem to get a lot of love over at r/prostateplay. Over at r/cumfromanal people just use dildos. None of these require special contractions, but the njoy wand and dildos will of course require manual “work”. There are also plenty of vibrating prostate toys out there. The nexus revo is the only one I’ve seen that actually has a rotating part that’s supposed to actually massage you as opposed to just buzz inside you. But people say the nexus revo breaks easily.
