As the title says, whether you go into a session and you just finish the traditional way or not at all, is this something that I should do every other day or take a weeks break between? Right now I just finish with my hands after a few hours of no success, so I’m thinking maybe its better to wait for 5-6 days before attempting again but I’m not sure if thats the best way to go about it. What do you think?

For me, 3 days of abstaining is good. Anything longer than that? It makes no difference. I do sessions twice a week and can cum from anal so I didn’t need to go back to traditional. I’m training myself to cum more and more from just prostate simulation though.
Do it when ever you feel arousal for the aneros….shorten your sessions to avoid frustration 45 min to an hour…..finishing with your hands is fine but don’t touch during the session
