Distracted by Ab convulsions

I had a fun session yesterday. I was really feeling some amazing sensations: tingling, throbbing, warmth, heartbeat centered in my prostate, prostate pressure, a hot fluid feeling just hovering in the tip of my penis like a prolonged ejaculation, rectal / pelvic floor / prostate contractions.

Suddenly every breath out send me convulsing forward like a power-sit up. It was erotic to be out of control, but there was no pleasure inherent in the movement. Rather, it started weakening my focus on my prostate and other pleasure centers. I tried relaxing, I tried echoing it, I tried ignoring it, but I didn’t have any great success.

Has anyone run into this? Any other convulsions with or without pleasure? I’m fairly sure I need to just relax to the point that it doesn’t happen, so I can keep building the main arousal and sensations. It doesn’t seem like muscles spasms are as good of a focus point as the more typical erotic centers.

  1. I get abdominal spasms leading to crunches too, I can stop them with relaxing. I don’t want it to go on too long because it is exhausting! So far this only happens when I’m lying on my back.

Maybe try a different position when they start? I’m reluctant to change position because obviously something is working when I get those contractions!

  2. You do have the answer….learn some meditation. Stress and tension in the body IMO lead to spasmodic orgasms.

  3. I can get convulsions as well, mostly in my arms and legs at different points in an aneros session. The first time I experienced them, it was rather startling, kind of like seizure- clearly they are caused by the aneros stimulating the prostate, but ultimately they are not pleasurable in and of themselves and seem to short-circuit from the journey. When I get these convulsions, I try to relax and concentrate on letting them die down- or imagine that they are being directed into my anus instead of my outer extremities…
