Starting up again

I haven’t used my aneros in a long time and would like to get your input on the idea of having a daily session for the next week or more. I would also be abstaining from masturbation during this time. wondering if this would help me increase sensitivity and progress during my sessions.
Any and all tips and techniques would be appreciated.

  1. I usually do some meditation or deep breathing exercises for about 5 minutes before starting. From there I focus on my breath and the feeling of the aneros inside. Sometimes porn can help to get things rocking.
