Car vibrations when driving do more than any prostate toy. Suggestions?

I have a jeep. It does more for stimulating my prostate just driving down roads that need to be repaved. Once had an 7 hour orgasm of sorts just driving and driving.

I have vibrating toys, a steel wand, aneros and other generic prostate massagers, etc. I can barely get anything out of them without the help of drugs and even then not much.

Any suggestions?

Thinking I just need to remove a balancing spring on my washing machine and sit on it. Har har.
