I am about one year in and I still haven’t experienced a Super O. I have a progasm, helix syn, and helix classic. I seem to feel more with the helix classic. I like the tabs best on the progasm but feel more with the helix size and shape. I usually pick the helix classic over the helix syn because I tend to feel the P tab more (I think because it doesn’t bend). I start my sessions really aroused which seems to help but I keep the arousal very high (w/ videos). I keep thinking that it will get me closer. The bad part of being highly aroused is that it sorta drives me mad and it makes me want to finish as soon as possible rather than allowing the aneros take me into the direction I need to go. If my arousal dips then it feels like I dont feel as much with the aneros as when I am fully aroused. I am trying not to chase it but at the same time encourage it. Does anyone else find a difficult balance between too aroused and not aroused enough? Also with respect to positions, the side position didn’t seem to do anything for me. I sometimes get the shakes when I am on my back but it’s not the most comfortable position. I worry if I dont keep my legs up then I wont have the maximum movement (legs down is more comfortable). Since the movement is so small/subtle, should I even worry about my position (as long as I am comfortable). My other favorite position is face down, however, I think when I get too aroused, my penis touching anything short circuits me into having a traditional orgasm (which ends the session). I also seem to have better luck on the floor vs a bed, I really haven’t figured out why. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Videos can really skyrocket your arousal. I mean, that’s what we would all go straight you for traditional masturbation. Start each session trying to achieve max relaxation for a while, then transition into watching pron and heightening your arousal.
I think part of your problem may be focusing so hard on the arousal that’s got you all pent up, instead of focusing on your body’s sensations. At the end of the day it’s the aneros providing the pleasure, not the pron video.
I like to start a session on my back, knees up, with just 10 minutes of deep breathing into my lower belly while listening to relaxation tracks, guided meditation, or usually just a rain sounds app that I like. Start off the session just by trying to relax and clean the slate. Try to lower your expectations and let yourself be happy with whatever sensations you do feel. This is a time to tune in to your body.
After the first 10 minutes ill put on a gone wild audio track. Audio tracks won’t have the visual distraction so you can continue focusing inward, but will still heighten arousal a good deal. At this time I will add in light to medium light contractions, holding the muscles on the inhale breath and releasing on the exhale. Practice isolating just your pc muscles or just anal sphincter muscles. Mix it up session to session. Learn what different strength contractions feel like (FULL, 50%, 25%, 10%, light as possible). I only practice voluntary contractions for maybe 5 to 10 minutes a session, just as sort of a warm up. At this point I start mixing in some gentle caressing over my body and playing with my nipples.
By this point I’m usually already feeling involuntaries like flutters, or even auto fuck motions. I commonly feel the first aneros movements on the exhale or release of contraction phase. At this stage though i just transition to the do nothing technique as now the machine is up and running. I’ll usually try another gone wild audio or two staying on my back because it’s so easy to access both nipples at the same time. Eventually ill move to my side and turn on a pron video to keep things rolling.
