I have the mgx and feel comfortable having it in bit on the side position and on my back, well really any position. My question is, can I wear the aneros out and walk about with it or is there a danger in doing so?
Also interested in duration I can leave as well, thanks in advance!

I would say you’d need to cut off the tail first. Otherwise you could end up hurting yourself.
