My cursory research says the Helix is good for people who have some experience with anal play. Any reason I would prefer the regular Helix to the Syn?
Do people have other suggestions on what might be better for a semi-beginner?
Last question: is there anywhere I can purshase on of these for less than $50+?

Might help if you elaborate a bit on what kind of experience you have
The Syn had a silicone coating versus the hard plastic of the regular Helix. So it dances around a little less but you get more friction when it’s running your prostate. The other difference is the tab.
Id personally wait for a good Lovehoney sale. You really don’t want to risk putting something inside of you that isn’t medically safe.
