  1. When I’m doing a session my breathing often slows down or I hold my breath for long periods of time. This is somewhat involuntary and seems to amplify the depths of the pleasure and waves.

  2. Overall be relaxed, comfortable and oxygenated. If it feels like you’re straining your breathing I would try shortening the length between inhaling and exhaling, but aim to keep it steady and even.

    Also, don’t try to overthink it either! Some days are different than others
