This week I’ve had my first go at my new Progasm. Like most beginners I didn’t manage to orgasm, but the experience was quite pleasurable all in all, quite possibly the most pleasure I’ve ever had from anal stimulation.
The problem is- I had to force it. I’ve heard lots of people here use what is called the ‘do nothing’ method where you just go into deep relaxation and just focus on the sensations, and eventually and gradually some spasming begins and grows overtime.
I tried this method,in a sense. I layed in my bed for about 40 minutes I reckon, completely relaxed and meditated, ocassionally clenching very slowly as the manual instructs and trying to focus on the sensations, but nothing happened. Not even a twitch. Eventually I gave up and began clenching and unclenching rapidly to massage my prostate ‘manually’. The pleasure was great like I said, but I became exhausted quickly and had to stop and take a breather. Repeated this several time but ultimately couldn’t reach an orgasm.
I do want to eventually be able to get results from the first method, since it sounds like it yields better results by far, but like I mentioned nothing was happening? Is it because I was clenching? Should I just forget that it’s in? Really need some advice on how to make this work..
I’m by no means an expert but all of my experience makes me think that you’d be better starting with something much smaller. I had my first truly pleasurable session using the small Peridise. The feeling of the muscles contracting and sending it fluttering around was amazing.
Few things that might help.
Look up different breathing exercises I made some progress when I changed up my breathing. Breathing through nose into the stomach. Hold it 10-15 sec while bearing down and act like you need to shit but clench the aneros so it doesn’t fly out. Breath out through mouth but in small pulses while maintaining the above. This is one of many techs but this is the one I’m currently trying.
Do some clenching outside of sessions working both anal and pc muscle groups.
When doing a clench with the aneros try holding it about 10 to 30%
When I started out with the aneros I also had to clench to notice the good feelings. With time, training and knowledge of my body I could also identify and replicate the pleasure while “doing nothing” and was able to let go more and more.
