The Starting Point

The last few days- which happen to be my first few days with the helix syn, have been interesting.

Since the first day, I’ve started to pick up on a slow, very gradual rise of just little things. Most important: cleanliness. Purging often, showering more, shaving the hair down there… it shows to me I care, and am setting the stage for further adjustments.

More kegels, more of the time. Decided to do 100 on the train today. I’m finding that the kegel exercise is a good way to open and relax the anal muscles, which I assume will lead to good things. The main thing I’ve learned from kegels so far is that if I hold a contraction for almost as long as I can- I get spasms. They target my sphincter and perineum the most. It feels good, at least to me, it’s something new so I’ll get more used to how it feels.

What I’m finding works for me regarding the helix, is slow gyration and thrusting of the hips. Something happens where it feels like the tip of the helix is tickling- and waking up, this hidden blossoming flower. Now it appears to me I have a choice. Wake up that flower, or go on my way, and maybe stay away from this kind of stimulation? Well I’m undecided. I guess I’ll have to explore a little further and figure out if this is the kind of energy I really want to have.
