I haven’t had an orgasm yet and I think my lube is not good because I saw a video online where a guy was using an Aneros and it was moving in and out, so I guess my lube (Astroglide) is not that slipery. I have the Helix Trident and the Progasm and none of them moves inside me. Thanks in advance.

You could try a silicone based lube. That seems to work.
Use sliquid silicone for the hard plastic aneros, and use sliquid silk hybrid lube for the Syn models. They are some of the best lubes available.
You can use silicon on the hard plastic ones for sure. Just not the syn
I was in a similar situation. I was drying out with water based. Even pulled out and kept re applying which killed the vibe.
After switching to silicon it has been way more comfortable and I only apply once.
However. Fair warning. It is a bit of a clean up. You can’t just rinse it off. Need a few scrubs with soap and water. Water beads up. Think about Vaseline. Same kind of challenges.
But it’s worth the slickness. I used a quarter sized squirt to lube my ass and toy and went 90mins. When I was done it slid right out.
Olive oil works with my MGX trident. Long lasting and you know it will be safe.
I use a combo of petroleum jelly on the aneros and my ass, then apoly generous KY lube of both on top of that! . That works for me every time. Cheers!
