  1. I sometimes have slight involuntary contractions the day after a session if I tighten the muscles slightly. No pleasure too, though.

  2. My Aless sessions or almost as good as my Aneros sessions. The key here is Kegels guys. Strengthen your kegel muscles. Also learn to squeeze the front ones, middle to rear ones, and reverse ( pushing out ) kegels. After awhile you should be able to do these Independently. This should help a lot with Aless and involuntary pleasure waves.
