Had an HWFO with MGX in while asleep last night, and no refractory period. Wondering what to make of it

So last night I tried pre-lubing for the first time. I followed my usual routine of letting the MGX do its thing for 45-90 minutes mixed in with some contractions and nipple play. Finally I went to sleep on my side for the 2nd time with the aneros still involuntarily fucking me. I began having a dream where I was making out with a woman and the next thing I know I feel like I’m cumming and wake up to a HFWO from the MGX. I was still hard after I had cum, and remained so while I was cleaning up. Just to be sure, I tried jerking off and could cum with no issue.

Trying to figure if this is a good thing and what I should try next, if anything new.
