  2. I like to think about someone else’s orgasm while I’m using it, so it’s more like it feels good for you as you track a hypothetical orgasm. It helps me out of my own head, and helps to focus on an erotic experience.
    This plays to one of my “things” though, as I derive a fair amount of pleasure from seeing others enjoy themselves.

  3. What’s works for me is weed and Hypnanerosession.mp3. I have a puff and then lay back with headphones on. It’s fantastic. The mp3 will set you back $20 (you can get it from the Aneros.com website) but I highly recommend it. I have a really hard time quieting my mind and “letting go” so I just focus on her voice and follow along as she guides me to a complete state of relaxation. It takes about 25 minutes to get completely relaxed, to what she calls “your special place”. Then from that point you just follow along with her suggestions while riding the P waves. I’ve had so many great sessions listening to this recording but I understand that everyone is different. I do hope that it works as well for you as it does for me!
