I bought the helix a long time ago but only recently started exploring it again. One question I have is can you wear it and walk around or is there risk of injury. Also, can you wear it all day? I know the defacto answer is always no more than 2 to 3 hours for toys but why? What risks do you expose yourself to with your prostate, anus, rectum for having it in longer?

Not an expert but I have heard of people sleeping and wearing it during work, so I would say you are fine. As long as you aren’t feeling any pain you are good I would say. I have gotten discomfort with the tabs when walking around with the Helix trident but no internal issues.
