I have seen “involuntaries” being talked about and I think there are two different things that people are referring to. I am not sure which is the actual meaning. Is it when the aneros moves involuntarily inside you? Or is it when your legs move involuntarily and body moves almost like a seizure? I have seen videos of the latter but never experienced it myself. Whereas I have had the auto-fuck with the aneros.

Pretty sure they mean the involuntary muscle spasms that causes that auto-fuck.
It could mean both. Involuntary means they’re moving on their own. You’re not cognitively or actively using your brain to move them. It could almost be like a small seizure. But not in a emergency sense. Enjoy them. It means progress.
I’ve never experienced the auto-fuck. What’s the best way to get there?
I guess I’ve had the shakes before, or quivering while on my stomach with the aneros.
They are not referring to the uncontrolled shaking… that comes with the super O. I have had the PLEASURE of this….the whole body shakes like you have become possessed LOL.
For involuntaries, (at least for how I have understood this.) this would be the feeling in your prostate where it starts pulsing on its own. I actually hadn’t experienced much of this until very recently… I do not get involuntaries all of the time…. granted yes when you are having a super O, however for me, prior to having a Super O (well sometimes after as well as I have multiple orgasms.) what I feel is just my prostate pulsing on the Aneros toy…. It is called involuntaries as you stop squeezing your muscles while the prostate still keeps going. Very awesome feeling! Takes a while to get there for some people however when it doe, it is mind blowing.
I’m not sure what people are talking about. Let me explain my experiences. There are a couple different involuntary muscle movements.
First, I guess this is the PC muscle? I flex that to kind of “pull” the toy in. I hold that at about 80% force for as long as I can. It’s hard and I start to struggle to feel if I’m still “pulling” or not. But I keep going for as long as I can. I notice that these muscles start to quiver. This becomes kind of like a vibrator because of how the muscles quiver.
Second is larger muscles elsewhere in the body kind of moving on their own. My legs will shake, for example. I’ve tried to stop the shaking in my legs once; it was possible, but less pleasurable. At this point, I can kind of trigger this leg shaking on my own and it will get the entire process started early for me. I think in general, orgasms tag along well with muscle movements in general. As the intensity peaks, I will move my whole body drastically. I’ll flex many muscles and allow the shaking to continue. I am usually extremely sweaty and exhausted afterwards, even being very fit.
I think the first one helps with the prostate orgasm, I think the second one builds on the body high and making it an overall more satisfying experience; the orgasms are stronger.
