Following the guidelines

I’m curious to know, those that have achieved the Orgasm.

Did you do your own thing or did you read the wiki aneros page or both to get there. Its not advice im looking for but more what led you there. Was it smoking weed that mostly helped or an actual technique (tug of war, do nothing). One night you decided to play and it happened without trying.

  1. I think once you get over a certain wall, it’s just down to perseverance and patience to get you there. Everyone should read the wiki and take on board the most reoccurring advice: relax, don’t have expectations, and enjoy the journey.

  2. I would suggest that persistence is key. Keeping up a routine over months or years helps tone your pelvic muscles. You also grow accustomed to what it feels like to try prostate play, even if you’re not getting much out of the sessions.

Personally, I was able to have some great experiences with the Aneros toys alone but smoking weed really put me over the top. It gets me aroused and I’ll never forget the first time I slid in my Aneros after smoking, it was incredible. The sensations immediately hit so much harder and I could feel all sorts of involuntary spasms and contractions within seconds. Lately I have found that smoking dabs helps even more, to the point where I can have continuous p-orgasms with no toy and no touching — simply lying in bed or on the couch using my mind and my muscles. Flexing your muscles at about 50% effort and holding for as long as possible is one technique that works really well for me.

Both, but I feel like reading a lot helped tremendously, especially when starting out. Aside from just learning about usage/techniques, it’s good to hear about others’ experiences and techniques.

It’s a great amplifier (and relaxes) but I don’t find it necessary. If I were to try and use it strategically I’d say it’s good to use if you feel like you’re plateauing. Sometimes weed can be distracting when it makes *other* things feel good that distract focus from the prostate. Maybe that’s just me though.

I don’t think any specific technique works, even session to session. For me what was helpful was reading what others found and just trying it. If it works, continue on, if not, move on. I think the trick is to figure out what *you* need and use other experiences for inspiration. Over the course of experimentation you get more confident in exploring by yourself. Along similar lines, I would recommend adding another toy or two just for mixing things up to see what works for you.

I’ve had the best luck when I wasn’t trying for anything… as frustrating as that sounds. I will say that for me each successive session was at least incrementally ‘better’ (or at least new sensations) and eventually built up sensitivity over time. I guess this might be more to do with rewiring though.
