I’ve had my Aneros for about a month and I had my first prostate orgasms. I doubt I had a super-O, I didn’t cum but I’ve never had a better orgasm as I was about to orgasm each time I would feel my heart rate go up and I started twitching and whatnot. Anyway after finishing the session my balls are kinda sore. Is this normal?

You know, I don’t think I’ve had testicular soreness in a long time. I used to always get it with various vibrating massagers. It would normally only last a day or two.
I think it is how you were sitting. Lately, I’ve switched to reclining in a chair so my aneros toys could move. Before I used to sit upright since I was just inserting massagers and masturbate.
Now, in your case, if you didn’t ejaculate, it could just be blue balls or even just full balls of you haven’t ejaculated in a while. Either way, I would give it a day or two unless it is extremely painful.
If you are concerned, just go see a doctor and explain the situation. If it helps, I once had to explain to my PCP that I occasionally indulge in sounding. I didn’t realize they were going to take a urine sample at a regular annual and they had found some blood. The conversation was pretty much:
“There was some blood in your urine.”
(deep breath) “Do you know what sounding is?”
“Yes”
“Well, I had done it two it threw days ago.”
“So that’s likely the cause, but I’d still like to have the sample sent out to test for UTI if that’s okay.” and we moved on.
If I have a fairly long session my balls would hurt. Typical blue balls.
