  1. I’d say to a small degree, yes. It helps with relaxing and inhibition, however it also sort of reduces sensitivity. So, IMO, have a drink to relax and take the edge off, but don’t get wasted. That said, I don’t think it would push you over the edge if you were struggling or at a plateau.

  2. I’ve tried booze without much success. For some reason I can’t get tipsy when I WANT to, just when it’s unintended. But the bigger issue is alcohol (especially beer) is a diuretic. You risk interrupting your session to urinate.

  3. I’m in the same boat as you are. Only have access to alcohol. My advice is to pick something as strong as possible, where you will still enjoy the taste (so you don’t need to pee later). I like whisky with ice. I sip it while watching porn and getting in the mood. You will have to experiment, but for me it is quite a small amount. I don’t want to feel drunk, just relaxed. I definitely find that it helps me relax a bit, since i’m kind of stressed these days.

  4. Personally, it helped a little when I first started.
Would drink enough to feel relaxed, lower inhibitions slightly. Like.. a glass. I’d say a more specific amount, but we each have different tolerances so there’s no point. NOT multiple pints of strong alcohol!

Once someone is more comfortable and experience I don’t think alcohol helps at all.

Alcohol, especially is excess, dampens sensations and can kill libido.
We’re trying to tune in to delicate feelings and encourage them to grow, we want to feel more, not less.

  5. Small amounts would probably help to relax. although alcohol is a drug that inflates the ego. Ego is not needed at all in sensing pleasure Infact usually it is the way
