  1. I believe what you are asking for is a “reverse kegel.” I’m sure someone here can say for sure.

  2. You empty your bladder shortly before starting the session and then dare to give in to the urge to pee. In other words – relax. You’ll learn that you won’t actually pee (hopefully). With that assurance, it’ll get easier to relax over time and your body will recognize the different circumstances as well. It’s the same with the rectum.

    Tl;dr: your body will get accustomed with time and the urge will fade and eventually stop entirely.

  3. It’s always there until u learn to let it go and not bothered by it or even better wire yourself into liking it.

  4. Like the other guy says, this is a typical feeling that will go away eventually. There is a chance it could be your lube though.
