I’ve read so much about prostate orgasm for *years* just got my first toy.

Ngl…I ordered a toy thinking it was a vibrating toy (I swear I was reading up for hours; I must’ve been too excited!) and when it came, I realized it was not. A prograsm.

I was sweating profusely LOL. At that point, I thought I needed really exaggerated movements to feel good.   1. So, the problem with Progasming is that they’re unpredictable. Even the most seasoned of seasoned anerosers (? lol) can have sessions without them if they’re not in the right headspace.

    The advice I always give people is do more of what feels good. When I was first learning (and sometimes now) I’ll get on the brink of a prostate orgasm and I’ll start thinking of it, and stop it dead in its tracks. If you got ANY good feelings during your ride, then it can be considered a success. Just remember that. It’s literally about the journey not the end destination.

    At this point, I’d just say fine tune your PC/Spincter muscles in a cognitive way. If I do this, this happens. If I do that, OMG OMG OMG *THAT* HAPPENS. I need three of “that” and one of “this”. Once the muscle memory is learned, your body will just ROLL with it. Focus on making more “thats” happen and who knows you might have some Progasms.

    I know they say don’t think about it, and that’s all you think about. But, like if you need to think of anything focus on just that prostate and what it’s feeling…. eventually your body will start feeling silky, focus on that, and you’ll be hootin’ and hollerin’ boots knockin’ before you know it.   2. I go into my sessions wanting to relax and feel sexy. When I start to feel good my mind wanders and thinks of ejaculating, but I have been learning to relate it to the feeling before ejaculation, that feeling you get where you can stop yourself from cumming but still feels good
