So i believe i might be letting myself tense up a bit too much from some of the clenching that happens, but a side effect seems to be some core strengthening. I’ve got some issues in my lower back that always seem to get better when i’m actively working out my abs and lower back at the gym in the past. The pain has gone away and i can assure you …. I have not been working them out otherwise. I’m wondering if anyone else has noticed this.
