Have you read the wiki at all? Sounds like it may be helpful.
Don’t sit on them when inserted, lay on your back or on your side. They need to be able to move. Best not to use your hand to manipulate them but it can feel nice, especially if you’re just exploring. Read up a little, it will help.

What two models, and are they the white plastic or black silicon ones? Years ago I had tried a few of the white plastic ones, but the arms/tabs on them just were uncomfortable to use for any length of time.
The black silicon ones have a softer and smoother exterior, and the arms/tabs give me no issue. Also the Progasm/Progasm Jr. due to the extremely smooth plastic and more rounded tabs are comfortable to use.
While I’ve not yet gotten to any level of orgasm from them, I’ve had some good feelings, and like others say, it’s a process and will take time to learn–read the Wiki and also the Forum over on the Aneros website–and don’t be afraid to ask questions here or on the Forum.
Also…lube…you will need a lot for anything anal–probably a lot more than you’d think. I use Boy Butter (original version) and a lube shooter to put about a 3″ amount up in there, then lightly lube the toy prior to inserting (don’t forget to lube the tabs!).
