Chairgasms – How I learned to have better control of my inside muscles

I had a bit of a hard time achieving control of my muscles inside my hole, so I needed to find a way to exercise them but really didn’t have the time, I found this technique that I hope help some of you.

You position yourself at the front of your chair ( whether that’s your living room one, work one or any other) and get your taint area to press right around the edge of the chair, have your legs spread a bit and then do some kegels (squeeze and release like you were trying to stop peeing) you’ll probably feel the pressure of the chair pushing back on that taint area.

This has proven to be so helpful in my journey with prostate play and Aneros. Best part is that you only need a chair, so you can do it while working (I have a busy schedule so being able to exercise at my work’s desk chair is a blessing) or somewhere else where you can’t lay down.

I’ve also heard from more experienced users that this exercises can become very pleasurable too and you can achieve orgasms that can be fun to have while going with your everyday life(I know one guy who travels a lot for work and he uses this technique while flying and gets small but pleasurable waves that help with de-stressing. Other guy says he does it on boring meetings so time flies! Haha).

    I have considered getting the “Prostate cradle” to enhance this technique. It is hard to find reviews though.

  2. I’m curious, what type of chair are you using? Does it work as well on an hard chair than a padded chair? Looking online I see that you call the taint area is pretty much the perineum, though I’m not sure what position too look for. Are you pushing you belly forward when doing that, so the whole perineum is touching the seat, or are you trying to keep a straight position where it is the anus that is pressed down?

  4. i dont know how to adjust the aneros on the chair lol. if i sit its either on the p tab or the handle so it loosens the toy

  5. Have done this practice too, a while back before i was reliably able to reach orgasm territory. but on a bed in some sort of lotus position. I used some random object that would increase the pressure between the pelvic area and the soft bed. I have to say, it really was quite pleasurable to practice, definitely orgasmic in nature. Regular Kegel exercises were great but i didn’t get enough physical feedback to confirm a certain strength, so i kinda came up with this technique too.

  6. Taint area can be very sensitive. I usually use a tennis ball legs wide spread laying on my back. Cockring around base of cock and balls stretching the muscles make the massage even more comfortable.
