So I ordered my first aneros directly from the company (Helix Syn V), and when it arrived today and I opened the shipping box, I found the outer, branded box of the product packaging *open* inside. And then the inner box, the one inside that which actually contains the aneros, was *upside down* in relation to the outer box.
I don’t know if I’m just being paranoid or what but I find it strange that they didn’t seal this product in any way, that they didn’t put more effort into appearance or apparent cleanliness with a product that they expect me to put into my butt. I’m also obviously surprised that they send me what appears to be an already opened product. I don’t know why this would have happened. Could it have been inspected before shipping? Is there any, even slim chance that I received somebody else’s *return*??
What do you all think? Is this weird? How did yours arrive? Should I be at all concerned about this or am I creating an issue out of nothing? Is this just how aneros’s ^(anerosii??) ship?

They are pretty good at cleaning their stuff, but maybe with the holiday the package got messed up. Just wash it with soap and water, or dip it in boiling water really quick. Don’t melt it.
I had an open box one for Amazon one time and it was 1/3 off the price.
You should contact the customer service at Aneros and ask them. This is not normal.
I’ve had a couple of boxes that have been opened by DHL before they left the US.
Both boxes had the flaps open, and it looked like the Aneros had been removed then put back.
There is *no point* contacting Aneros customer service, because those assholes (excuse the pun) **suck giant donkey balls**, and won’t reply.
