So I got a Progasm this past week and I wasn’t expecting much. Then, on my third session, I started having what I think were Super-O’s and after, without the toy, I had a few more. I was excited and very stupidly had another session the next day where I was having shaking Super-O’s almost immediately for an hour straight.
The problem is that now it’s been a full day and every hour or so my prostate starts tightening up and I have one. I can delay them, but it takes actual mental effort and eventually I feel like I have to give in. In addition, my prostate constantly feels tingly and aroused.
Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I’m a total newbie and kind of panicking the more I research this. It also affected my focus at work and my sleep pretty bad.

From what I’ve read this gets less over time, it’s like anything because it’s new you’re focused on it, sort of like when someone reminds you that you blink and you have to manually start blinking lol
When I first found my Super O, it was difficult to avoid it sometimes while driving on the highway (sooooo dangerous, lol), or even sitting at my desk while working. This should relax over some time, though most of the time I really enjoy the tingles of pleasure throughout the day. I have to really mentally focus to grow that into anything grand at this point.
If it is bothering you, you could try manually jerking off and releasing yourself. Occupy your mind with something physically active that is not pleasure/sex related and abstain from the Aneros for a bit.
Sorry, to hear about your issue and I’ve also heard some people get this and that it eventually goes away, I wish I could sympathize but I’ve been at this for years and not much has happened.
I’ve been in the same situation. If you really “need” to get rid of this state, what I did was to jerk it and cum 2-3 times in an afternoon and I was fine the next day.
Though if you think you can manage that state and “ignore” it, I’d say to do that because it was very hard to come back to that state afterwards, and I did like it a lot.

Happened to me. At first I regretted awakening, but it becomes much less of an issue as you go on.
