I had my first breakthrough 3 nights ago.
There is no climactic finish to prostate orgasms. It usually just keeps building with each new orgasm. Your mind, or at least mine, can only form two sentences “Oh my God… oh my god….” and “Okay, that probably won’t happen aga–oh god. Oh my god!” Repeat.
It definitely feels like an orgasm when it happens. As far as how it feels, it’s basically after the point of no return for a traditional penile orgasm, but before the last of your cum shoots out. It’s like you’re cumming, but you’re not. And that blissful moment can last anywhere from a few seconds to, from what I’ve read, hours. And each time, that orgasm feels more intense. For me, that feeling lasted around 10-20 seconds with each orgasm.
