Does anyone else not benefit from the pc muscle clenching ? I find that my best sessions are when I get into a deep meditative like state and barely clench (if at all). Maybe the muscle exercises help at a different stage than I am at but trying to create a rhythm of clenching takes my mind out of it and doesn’t let me focus on my prostate. Is anyone like this or was like this?

You’re doing it wrong. For prostate play, you must reverse kegel. Don’t clench. You relax yourself/body, then extend your pc muscle like a push. Imagine your body is the shell of a turtle, and your penis is the turtle head and imagine the turtle pushing its head as far from its body as you can
Personally I start orgasming when my PC muscles start clenching by themselves.
But as long as you like what you do, just go for it!
don’t clench the pc muscle directly so much. Barely or very light clench is the way to go in my experience, don’t follow a set rhythm, i found that to be distracting to
just relax and ease into the light clenching,
you may even learn to sort of “direct” your internal energy into the prostate itself while fully relaxed and that can trigger pleasure waves to radiate from the prostate as well “the “anerosless” pleasure waves some have mentioned sometimes…
Early on I kept seeing advice about clenching until the muscle fatigues and starts fluttering. I did not find that to be helpful.
Listen to mindgasm. Lightly tickle your “top”. Good things happen. Automatic movement.
ANYTHING that feels natural is good for you. The same things that felt natural to you before may not necessarily feel natural next time. Sometimes we get fixated when one thing work and we try too hard and it became unnatural. so go with your own present flow, each time is different.
