HFO and other musings

I’ve been reading a lot on the wiki as well as searching this Reddit. I started my journey during Covid. Actually, I started like 10 years ago but didn’t have the support and info that’s prevalent today to help me so I quit after 6 months. So during Covid, I restarted the journey. Started with the helix trident and the squeeze method using mindgasm. Got good feelings and that itch everyone talks about. Also using poppers to help. Then bought a eupho and then a Maximus and then a mdx. I have a lot. Lol. Always had good feelings but never a HFO. Or at least I think I haven’t. Then switched to the do nothing method using them and got much better results while switching to a lube shooter. Definitely a game changer. Now the question. How do you get to a HFO or super O. What are the physical things that happen? Is it like an actual orgasm where your muscles contract (like your entire pelvic floor and cock) or is it something else. And how does that differ than a super o?

  1. HFWO vs super O are using different nerve systems. The nerves that control ejaculation go straight up the spine to the brain. The nerves that bring about a super O are kind of webbed through the body. Hence why they are often experienced as full body orgasms.

To cause a HFWO you stimulate the same nerves as penile sex, this is why it can cause ejaculation. For some the shaking and such is enough to trigger them. Some can use strong contractions to affect the nerve line inside the body. For me I use my Helix Syn 5 on lowest vibe and contract anally to bring the Helix deep in as possible where it contacts the seminal vesicle and top of prostate, while contracting PC muscle to bring the seminal vesicle to the right contact pressure on the vibrator. A bit of movement by hip rocking, fluttering pc, or pulsing the anal contraction and it isn’t long before I get the same inevitable climax feeling as regular penile stimulation. It takes a very strong anal contraction to pull in the Helix that far and I can’t keep it up forever. Sometimes I just have to stroke to finish but it only takes seconds after I resort to that cause I am so close.

For super O, instead of using the top of the toy you will be using the front face of it on just the prostate. You should barely have to contract anally, if at all. The target spot is only 2 to 4 inches inside. Just make sure you are focusing on the prostate feelings and not the anal ones. Stay relaxed, no clenching. These are full body nerves. To give you an idea of how they function, try giving yourself goosebumps by touching your skin. You can’t do it by rubbing, but running fingers barely touching the skin will do it. And you will notice the goosebumps will spread to areas you didn’t touch. The nerves are spreading this reaction to their neighbors. This is how you need to treat the prostate. Tickle it.. barely touch it.. imagine giving it goosebumps. That feeling will spread just like the goosebumps. It may feel like a chill, or a warm wave, or tingling. But you should feel it intensify and spread if you focus. Those are P waves. Gradually increase stimulation and at some point, you will overload on sensation and be in the super o territory. Think of this as when someone tickles you and you try to remain still. Or trying to suppress a sneeze. Eventually you can’t.
