Vibe or Non-vibe

So I have dabbled in both the non vibrating and vibrating toys that are meant to stimulate the prostate but is there a downside to using one over the other and which one is more beneficial in the long run for the whole big wave of pleasure that comes with time. I have the aneros syn V I think and another vibrating prostate massager but I do have mixed feelings about both of them

  1. From my personal experience, vibrations overstimulate the area and end up making it feel numb before I can build any real pleasure. I’ve had much more success with gentle pressure from non vibrating toys but I have heard of people having success with vibrating ones. That’s just me though, to each their own

  2. After nearly four years of active prostate play I can say I have never received a prostate orgasm from a vibrating toy. Like the other poster here said vibrations only seem to numb my prostate. Every once in a while I’ll try a vibratory toy to see if something has changed, but to date vibrations do nothing for me.

  3. Low tech has many advantages. Cheaper, won’t break, no battery to degrade over time, silent, discrete, and makes you concentrate more on YOU than the toy, which helps you achieve the mental state to get to the next level.

  4. No vibes for me. I recently bought the Helix Syn v. it was nice for the first couple minutes but after that things started to numb. Luckily, I can still use the toy. It’s just a tad larger than the standard Helix Syn so the sensations even without the vibe are awesome. Doesn’t compare to the Progasm though.

  5. I always start w a non vibe – either MGX, Helix, or Eupho. I have the Maximus but for some reason hardly use it. After a few POs, I’ll use the we vibe vector, and because I started manually the vibes continue my POs, and then switch back to a Helix and just relax and let things calm themselves
