  1. Maybe a few playful contractions at the start of a session if my lower region is not buzzing already, but for the most part no voluntary muscle contractions. If I’m struggling to keep my muscles relaxed I might do a mid-strong long contraction to help me relax too.

  2. Good question!
Depends on the situation for me. Sometimes aless starts on it’s own, then I ride the feeling by focus only, on other occasions I kegel around a bit and that starts things.
Nipple play is the third option to get things going.
During the ride I do not consciously decide but just follow the lead of my body. Meaning, I cannot help but to flex sometimes….

  3. Seems like the mindgasm technique is entirely based around clenching (at least in the beginning, where I’m at). I’m interested to see that others can go aless with the do-nothing method.

Four years in, zero Super-O’s, but the do-nothing method has never taken me as close as intentional clenching has. I suppose maybe it’s time to try learning the do-nothing method again?

  4. Tried it last night after a long while of not attempting Aless. Did not expect anything as ejaculated twice just recently. Usually I need to be very aroused. I clenched and imagined the device sliding in and out, as visually as I could. This soon started a wonderful series of waves and dry orgasms that I could not believe. Had to go to sleep soon after as I had an early start today. But it was difficult falling asleep with body buzzing and waves still happening. Nothing to remove and no way to end the session without an Aneros. That’s my only concern. But it was extremely enjoyable otherwise.
