  1. Having a bidet to use daily makes a world of difference to confidence levels. A quick clean 30mins before hand and you’re good to go.

  2. Hi. This is the area that is also the most difficult for me (M56). I have modified my diet (at least five pieces of fruit a day), started taking fibre supplements (metamucil) and have quit drinking alcohol over the last 2 months (the latter was an issue I had to address anyways, I am way too fond of the bottle). Things have improved pretty well but they are still not ideal.

    I still used to need to do a very long cleanout but it took so bloody long that I gave up on it for now. It was never perfect after all the effort anyways – not with poop but with water residues mixed with bodily fluids mainly. Eventually these cleared up too but it was hours later.

    Lately I’ve been evacuating as much as I can and then playing till I feel the need to poop again, I’ll stop at that point and evacuate again and on we go. This can mean an interruption at just the wrong time but eventually nothing more comes (at least for an hour or more).

    Thanks to my new diet most days I have a “clean and break” with my poops, but that can and will change day to day depending on what I eat. On bad days I’ll just either have to do a big cleanout or do without.

    I find that a small cleanout of the rectum only is not an option as whatever I do in play tends to encourage poop to come down from my colon and join in. Perhaps it is because I use a silicone lubricant and do a good bit of movement with an njoy wand. I think if I were to use a massager there would be less poop movement of this kind and in any case it would be a lot cleaner due to how the toy is used.
