  3. I’ve never had a super o but I find I get much better results when I use the do nothing approach. And when I get the urge to clench, I do the same thing – I resist and find that the aneros starts to move more. But, I find that my abs tend to clench hard. I think I clench my abs as a way to resist clenching. Does that happen to you? Also, I notice my breathing gets very shallow. When I try to continue to breath deeply the movement and the feelings stop. Hmmm????
