Hi! I placed an order on aneros.com last Wednesday (8/24) and still haven’t received a shipping notification or my item in the mail yet. I tried contacting support and haven’t heard back in three days. Any idea what I should do? I can confirm my address was correct on the PayPal order. :/

Not sure but I put an order in on sunday and second order Tuesday morning and they both got here today
Just call them, their customer service person is very nice.
