  1. I switch it up, but usually about 15 seconds. But then once things start flowing it’s whatever feels good in the moment, sometimes it’s 1 second, sometimes it’s 30, just depends.

  2. There’s realy no set amount of time, its more of what feels good and let it happen have no expectations. Focus on the small sensations and rhythmic breathing.

  3. 5-10 seconds with the reverse kegel and then about the same with light to moderate contractions of PC and sphincter. I can get in a state where I have waves of alternating contractions in the PC and sphincter.
