I’ve been using Aneros for a few years and noticed increased urgency, frequency, and lower EQ. Also noticed a loss in size.
Anyone else have any issues?
I think their are a few reasons for this problem.
1. Covid.
2. Health after covid.
3. All the kegels and holding clenches while using the Aneros caused too much held tension in the pelvic floor muscles.
While joining a sub called angionmethod. They spoke of losses of EQ and holding all that pelvic floor tension pulls the blood away from the penis. As in doing pelvic for stretches, not only are my erections getting harder, but the aneros sessions have become more pleasurable. Particularly with doing nothing our even a slight reverse kegel.
Not out of the woods yet but things are getting better.
If anyone else is having issues i hope this helps. Angion has been helping restore arterial engorged to the penis but i think to the prostate as well.

Having a strong pelvic floor is one of the best things you can do for your EQ and the pleasure that comes with normal ejaculation.
Being tense can definitly ruin an erection however your more worried about tension in blood hungry regions of the body.
Such as your thighs or abdomen etc.
Thighs are very notable because the femoral artery is in this region and ove clenching your thighs can cause enough of an effect to kill an erection.
The gradual tensing of the Pelvic floor is a big part of reaching ejaculation and of keeping the penis hard until ejaculation. If you do a full pelvic floor contraction with an already hard penis you will notice that your penis Temporarily fills with more blood and becomes plumper and harder.
This is because tension in the pelvic floor has a postive effect on blood flow into the penis and a postive effect on tightening the channels that keep the penis engorged.
Edit: to add the do nothing method is good practice and a good tool in the repratur of prostate pleasure my personal preference is very light keegals and light reverse kegals.
If your suffering from low EQ i would start looking at health, diet, exercise, and stress as possible causes.
Sounds like you have hypertonic pelvic floor. It can happen for many reasons, but too many kegels is at the top of the list.
