Bleeding

I’ve had an Aneros for a few years, stopped using it. I am interested in trying it again. I have a standard model. The problem is that I can’t really use the Aneros without bleeding, and it is painful for a day or so when I take a dump.

I’ve had some interesting sensations with it in, but nothing major. I have often felt good the day after its use.

Any advice?

  1. Are you using lube? If so, you have to squirt it inside too with a lube shooter, not just on the toy. It helps to lie down and raise your knee to your chest and slowly insert the toy without using much pressure.

Other than that, you may have internal haemorrhoids, you’d need to see a doctor who would examine you and give you a treatment for that

  2. If you are bleeding, you should stop immediately.

A visit to the doctor is in order and don’t be embarrassed to tell him why. It might be something minor, but it could be something more serious and you will not know until somebody takes a look.

    Don’t blow this off.

  3. I assume you are using lots of lube because “everybody” says to and this one reason why, but if you don’t complain about something, do not not assume that they will know.

If you don’t want to tell the doctor about this, fine, but don’t use it anymore. If you do, it could get infected.

  4. Get checked again, this is nothing to ignore. Some indications are blood coloring, dark is old. Bright is fresh. If it’s a very small amount, maybe nothing, any more than tiny amount is always a go to doctor thing.
    Even hemorrhoids can be serious.

Not a medical professional of any kind.

If it is hemorrhoids, they make a natural pill for them. Most of the ingredients are proven to work in various ways.

Also recommend coconut (organic) oil suppository. These can be used as lube also.

  5. I did alot of homework on this issue. If it isn’t a medical issue it may be the lube. Alot of lubes cause damage to the anal epithelial lining. Can cause bleeding the following day. This is because of the pH of the lube, but mostly the osmolality. Most lubes draw water away from the cells to the lube to make everything wet.

I believe the 2 best water based lubes tob use were slippery stuff and sliquid organic.

Silicone lubes had no effect on the anal tissue.

  6. Your butt just might be too tight… you need to relax the sphincter before trying insertion… I’ve always had this problem and my Proctologist recommended warm baths or allow warm shower water to pound on the butthole (open your cheeks and allow the spray to hit the hole area) that may help… also try perseverance in using the aneros more often will help spread open the sphincter… use lots of lube, inside and outside plus on the massager… I can now easily insert anything up to 1.1” diameter (love the Maximus model now)… I have a Progasm model and it is just too big… last night I had the house to myself and had a very relaxing session… I was determined to get the Progasm inside, and was successful… my prostate almost immediately started spasming and had many PO’s within minutes… Now I get what everyone is saying about the Progasm, however after my 2 hr session, I had alittle problem withdrawing the Progasm, and my butthole is hurting last night as well as today… My butthole generally will feel better after a couple of days, but the soreness Im experiencing now (especially after taking a dump) is a constant reminder how enjoyable my session last night was… so I guess my best advice to you would be – try the warm water first, lube a lot, the more sessions you have with your aneros, the easier they will become… bleeding will eventually stop once your butthole becomes more adjusted and stretched by having more sessions… but you’ll need to deal with the soreness, like Im dealing with… good luck!
