So today I decided so have another chilled session, put it in and did some light contractions.
Eventually built up to the eternal wave which is lesson 3 on mindgasm which I enjoy as it gets involuntarys going.
I started to feel the building up like my prostate was buzzing and tingly I couldn’t catch my breath and my legs were shaking, I couldn’t relax my body and I have no idea if I had an orgasm or p gasm but it felt strong and intense, felt like if I was relaxed I would lose it though, so I couldn’t enjoy it to the max, any tips or advice?
Also then I trained legs later in the day at the gym, and I was having involuntarys after heavy sets which was a little annoying. Also now and again I get like little pulses from my prostate is this normal?

Totally normal. The advice is keep practicing.
The mindgasm 30 day challenge has proven to be very helpful for me this month.
But also if that’s not your bag the best advice I have is relax as much as you can and focus on the feelings. The limit to your pleasure is 100% in your head and all you need to do is accept that, relax and focus. Don’t focus on the orgasm or try to have one, just focus on the tingles, the ripple, and the little pressures. Let all of them happen. You’ll get there.
