  1. You have to be patient. It’s like learning to play the piano. You won’t be a virtuoso until you’ve practiced for many hours. I know, it may seem daunting, but the result is worth it.
To sum up this practice in three words, relaxation, patience and rewiring.

  2. It’s very rarely something that you just plug in and get instant gratification. It’s a process that can take years. You may have to change devices to find one that works better for you. I changed toys last month after playing off and on for a couple years and have gotten further in the last few weeks with the new one than I ever did with the old one.

  3. It can take a long time , years even before the prostate awakens and can feel instant pleasure. Takes lots of practice and patience

  4. I’ve been playing on and offfor about 7 years and still haven’t gotten any more tush just moderately pleasant feelings. In my experience it seems to be almost like you’re trying to tickle yourself. I would say just play often and for as long as you can (45min-2hours). Maybe try some kegal exercises when you’re not playing, because those are the muscles that give you the orgasm. And go into your sessions with no expectations of having an orgasm. Best of luck

  5. Research.

    Work on deep breathing.

They key is not having expectations, concentrating on your sensations and relaxing.

Try the relaxation techniques of mindgasm.

If you get it in your head that you can’t achieve it, you won’t. It’s about letting your body believe that the pleasure is achievable and good.
