  1. I’m going to have to try this guy’s technique because I still feel so lost with it after a couple of years of and on practice. Sometimes I have really nice sessions. I have nice feelings of pleasure I’ve often felt right on the back edge of something huge, but it doesn’t quite happen. Got to confess to frequently watching porn in my sessions and sometimes ending up trying to force it with hard contractions that seem to kill everything. I also probably need to have more consistent sessions, maybe once a week. I have definitely made progress but my sessions have become rarer and rarer! I think I had like 2 months between my last couple of sessions 😅
